DELIVERY TERMS (exclusive Bangkok & Chiang Mai):

• Ex-factory Chiang Mai.
• Minimum purchases to be shipped abroad / outside Thailand is USD 3,000.

DELIVERY IN Bangkok and Chiang Mai:

• THB 300 per delivery (Except furniture).
• THB 500 per delivery of Furniture.
• Free delivery at purchase THB 30,000.

*Not including purchase of Outlet Products at 2nd floor in Chiang Mai store.

*KOCH do not deliver to any port in Thailand as Laem Chabang Port, Klong Toey Port, Lat Krabang Port, etc.

Payment must be paid in advance before delivery. Delivery Team cannot collect payment.

PAYMENT TERM:

• 40% deposit, balance prior to shipping.
• Order is in effect upon receipt of deposit.

Should the payment be settled by International wire transfer, please add USD 20 for bank charges allowance.

PACKAGING:

• KOCH provides KOCH standard packaging.
• Any additional packaging will be charged to the customer accordingly.
• Fragile products to be delivered within Thailand, KOCH can supply crating free-of-charge.
• For overseas shipments where the wooden crates must be according to ISPM no.15 standard, there will be an additional charge.

QUALITY CONTROL:

• Goods inspection by our customer, or their designated agent, can be made at our factory prior to shipment, but kindly notify us 4 days in advance.

VARIOUS:

• It is understood by the client that small size, shape and colour variations can occur as this remains HANDICRAFT.
• Warranty 7 days. The warranty does not cover damage caused by a lack of care for the product.
• No warranty for damages due to salt air and or chlorine vapors.

Delivery must take place within 45 days. (In special cases, the delivery date can be extended to 60 days).

Full payment must be made within 45 days!
